Love island flavor! The furikake chicken is my favorite. And the dessert selection is great!

I love island flavor. One of my favorite Hawaiian places. Their Furikake Garlic chicken is the best! The crunchiness and seasoning is sooo good. I tried their chicken BBQ bowl this time. Yummm! It was a big serving for me and it came with Mac salad! Chicken was moist and saucy. Saucy is always a plus! They also make the best guava cakes. Masubis were off- too much rice! Service is always great here. Everyone is so nice. Staff kept offering me water for free which was so nice!! Ambiance is chill.

We LOVE Island Flavor! There was one that was way closer to us in the Centennial area but sadly it closed. So any time we visit the kids across town and bring lunch we always vote for IF! My husband got the Katsu chicken, my son got the Teriyaki chicken and so did my DIL. The portions are GINORMOUS! You get your moneys worth for sure! We always get consistently delicious, perfectly cooked, and huge portions of taste bud pleasing meals. Today we got the Ube Cheesecake and oh snap it was good! We have eaten at a lot of Hawaiian spots in town and there are many. But IF is our absolute fav! I have dined in at the OG Durango location and they are always busy but the service is still top notch. Friendly staff, great Island music in the background. All across the board, 10 out of 10 recommend!

My absolute favorite local Hawaiian spot on this side of town! A must if you want delicious plate lunches and slices of haupia and chantilly cakes :3 Today I got a mini furikake chicken, and to my surprise I've gained enough points to get it half off, so $4 for all of this was definitely a steal! I got half off the last time I was here as well. Service was quick and the workers are always kind. This place has always been a home away from home whenever I am craving a plate lunch. So yummy :3

I arrived at the Eastern location at 6:43 PM on a Wednesday, just a hair before closing time at 7 PM. Having placed my online order merely 5 minutes earlier, I realized upon arrival that I had forgotten to add gravy to my two short rib plates order. When I asked if I could possibly add this to my order, the gentleman at the counter cheerfully responded with, "I got you!" It was a pleasantly surprising and genuinely appreciated gesture. Despite the last-minute addition and the approaching closing time, I received my food promptly, and the staff was incredibly nice throughout the interaction. Highly commendable service!

We were craving Island Flavor for dinner last night and it definitely hit the spot! We haven't had Hawaiian food in so long! My boyfriend and I shared a mixed plate of their Kalbi/Furikake Chicken and also their Kalua Pork with cabbage! The Kalbi was tender and well marinated and the Furikake Chicken was amazing as always (it's my favorite) Nothing beats that sweet and savory sauce they put on it! It was our first time trying the Kalua pork and it was so tender and very reminiscent of lechon! We loved it! Honestly we could've probably shared this with two more people with how much food it was! We couldn't finish everything, but it all works out because my bf packed the leftovers for his lunch the next day lol. Overall, the food was great and I really appreciated the generous servings! We'll definitely be ordering again and again! :)

This place was good. I tried the combo plate with kalbi and teriyaki chicken, pasta salad, and rice. It is a big portion. I also tried the garlic fried rice and coconut cake, both good. They did not have pistachio cake in the case that day, something I was hoping to try. Another time.

I'm between meetings and I find myself at the Hwy 215 and Eastern. My aloha GPS led me right here. I only have 45 minutes, but I cannot pass up a plate lunch. A Furikake Chicken Mini was perfect. Plenty of chix, a scoop of Mac, and rice. Wolfed it down and no leftovers. With a fountain soda, $15 including tip! Local Grindz broke da mout!
